Veronica spent several years in retail management before pursuing a career in the insurance industry. She has obtained designations as an Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) for Commercial Lines and Small Business Coverage Specialist. She joined Borg in 2018 as an Account Representative for the Commercial Lines Team. Veronica loves working out and reading historical fiction and has recently taken to the New York Times Bestseller’s List. She loves to spend time traveling with her husband and two children, Abigail & Zachary. She is also a parent to rescue rabbit, Hank.
