With a career spanning two decades, Lou’s insurance expertise is honed into commercial real-estate including habitational and construction.
He started his commercial insurance career with a Managing General Agent real-estate program. During his time with the program he learned the ins and outs of program design, reinsurance, carrier concerns, market viability and how to pivot in order to get the clients the best scenario for their insurance needs. This prepared him for his switch over to the retail side of the insurance industry. He spent the next 13 years training producers, managing service teams and heading up a large book of complex real-estate accounts. He works closely with his clients so they can gain a better understanding of their insurance needs. Lou is excited to be a new addition to the team. Out of the office Lou loves spending quality time with his wife, four kids, and two dogs.
