Erika joined Borg in June 2014 with over 30 years of experience as a Senior Executive Program Director. She is also the Director of our National Franchise Division. Erika’s expertise is in developing unique loss control programs and products for the risk management market. She specializes in the development of new insurance programs and carrier underwriting negotiations. This skill set delivers an unparalleled approach to customizing programs across a broad range of insurable markets for our clients. She has extensive experience working with several fast food brands including Dunkin’ Donuts, McDonalds, Tropical Smoothie, Jersey Mike’s and 7-11, to name a few. During her free time Erika is a racecar enthusiast, a hobby she shares with her husband and sons.
